Gorilla will be in Aurora, Colorado from March 19ᵗʰ to the 21ˢᵗ at the first of three Intel Partner Connect events this year at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in booth 701-IOTG. Gorilla will be speaking about and demonstrating their IVAR™ Edge AI Smart City solution optimized by Intel's OpenVINO™ toolkit on two machines: IEI's TANK featuring an Intel FPGA and AAEON's UP² (Up Squared) featuring Intel's Movidius VPU.

At the Intel Partner Connect show in Colorado, also known as IPC Americas, Dr. Koh will have a Q&A session with Intel about Gorilla's history, IVAR's development, and how partnering with Intel to leverage software performance in OpenVINO and achieve hardware channel breakthroughs with FPGA and Movidius are transforming verticals like retail, smart city, and smart enterprise.

With an emphasis on Intel partners coming together at this industry networking event, Gorilla will highlight connections with IEI and AAEON. IVAR will be demonstrated on IEI's TANK to highlight their recent jump from the four channel real-time video analytics which the i7 processes to the twelve channels that the i7 plus FPGA afford. This dramatic increase in capability shows great potential in how public safety can benefit from video analytics by simultaneously recognizing and identifying suspicious behavior, alerting administration of crowded areas, and identifying as well as tracking pre-registered visitors. Gorilla's solution in AAEON's UP² (Up Squared) focuses on smart cities and features Intel's Pentium and Movidius inside which perform real-time video analysis of two channels by counting and categorizing vehicles by type to alert management of congested traffic areas while simultaneously reading license plates to identify and track watch-listed vehicles.

IPC Americas promises to be beneficial for Gorilla and all other attendees. Gorilla's partnership with Intel and Intel's partners continues to develop and Gorilla recently announced the launch of their own AI ecosystem to create and foster relationships both upstream and downstream. With their increasing number of global collaborations, Gorilla will be able to more effectively offer AI based video analytics to more end users. Gorilla has outlined a win-win strategy as the global economy has seen great demand for AI solutions in almost every market in the past few years. With Gorilla's continued commitment, and more partners across the globe, these AI solutions can be realized now in multiple verticals.
