Gorilla support services offer customers with a variety of service and support to ensure that Gorilla products provide the highest level of operational reliability and performance. Many customers have different in-house technical resources and capabilities, as well as system availability and response time requirements.
Gorilla offers three support programs (Gold, Silver, and Bronze) that include Gorilla support along with periodic fixes and enhancements to our products. These programs are offered from one to three years′ subscription basis. You can purchase a level of service that gives you the rights to receive major, minor and maintenance releases.
